Our factory can Screen print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products. Also, We can print customer's logo on the carton.
2).Is your factory able to design our own Model and help us in market planning?

We have a design team and a marketing plan design Team to service our customers for this.The customer only need to send us technical drawing and photos, or imagine size and products shape.Also, Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series models to keep out customers in a competitive stage.
3).How is your factory production capability?
FEATSBATHROOM factory has a Full production line. We can manufacture products up to 5000 pcs per month.
4). Can I order a sample at the first step ?
Yes. We accept sample order to new customers and we have no stock in the warehouse, We keep zero store policy, every order is producing new, So it cost some time to produce ,same as regular orders. Moreover, the customer have to pay the sample cost and the transport cost.
5). What's your warranty of your bathtub?
The warranty always is 5 years for bathtub and 2 years for metal parts. And if there are any problems of the products, The customers could send us photos and videos whenever, we will provide you the best solution immediately.
